WP Recruitment & HR Ltd (formerly WP Recruitment Ltd) has been successfully supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff across the Island since 1989, which has resulted in achieving excellent local knowledge.
Starting initially as a secretarial service the company grew to meet client’s demands and now supplies all industry sectors (excluding medical and care roles).
By not ‘specialising’ WP are able to meet all their clients’ needs across all levels, their ‘can do’ attitude means they are always looking for a challenge and striving to improve.
Their personal approach allows them to tailor recruitment specifically for each client and in doing so develop a lasting understanding and relationship with both companies from the Island and mainland.
Their friendly and professional staff , who have a combined experience of over 40 years within recruitment, pride themselves on their high standard of customer service and use their expertise to provide a complete confidential service, ensuring adherence to agency standards and legislation.

Their size, however does not reflect their capability as they have secured and maintained preferred supplier status with various organisations, both national and international, in both public and private sectors, based on the Isle of Wight, for many years. In addition they Second Tier supply on behalf of several national recruitment agencies who do not have Island representation.
